500 hours certified yoga teacher in seasonal yoga, mindful movement, breathwork (pranayama), meditation and deep relaxation techniques (yoga nidra) in tune with the seasons. I am passionate about the change practice can bring. My approach boosts and supports energy levels, builds strength and flexibility, through developing awareness to unwind unhelpful patterns of holding and tension in body and mind.
