Designed to unwind tension, melt away stress and thoroughly relax body and mind
Suitable for absolutely anyone, especially the inflexible, the exhausted, those who need some quality time to unwind long held patterns of tension and stress in body and mind and find inner calm.
Simple movement, including incredible self massage (MELT Method) with balls into the hands and feet, Chi Ball and Feldenkrais easing tension in the back and joints. Gentle breathing techniques and deeply relaxing yoga nidra, the ultimate in naptime! 20 minutes of yoga nidra is the equivalent of resting for an hour. We will practise at least 45 minutes. The session will end with quiet meditation, leaving you refreshed, deeply rested and calm.
