Nidra, Neuroscience and the Brain
This short evening introduction to the effects of nidra on the brain as well as the rest of the physiology of the body will be experienced through practical example, in the form of brain based nidras. These are innovative and powerful and deeply, deeply relaxing. Those with an interest in the brain, how it works, how it might be affected by nidra, and perhaps especially those who may have headaches, are likely to find this evening to their liking. This evening is a taster for a longer and more in depth course focussing on this topic. During the evening there will be opportunity for dialogue and questions.
