Les Dames d'Escoffier is an international organization of women leaders in the food, wine and hospitality industries. Our mission is education, advocacy and philanthropy. There are 26 chapters, with Les Dames d'Escoffier New York being the founding and largest chapter. Our primary goals are to support and encourage members to be passionate advocates of sharing their knowledge through programs and other chapter activities and to encourage talented young women to become the leaders of tomorrow in their chosen fields.
