Les Dames d'Escoffier Presents Cheese 101
Here's your chance to brush up on the basic styles of cheeses and the process of cheesemaking. Come join us for Cheese 101, a discussion and tasting led by Dame Liz Thorpe. She will lead us through a tasting of seven different cheeses and discuss how their types, flavors and various uses.
This interactive class is taking place at Murray's Cheese at their Greenwich Village location at 254 Bleecker Street on Monday evening, April 13th.
