Book Signing, Demo, and Lunch with Susan Herrmann Loomis
Join Les Dames d'Escoffier New York and cookbook author Susan Herrmann Loomis on June 9th for a mini demonstration, luncheon, and book signing at Cooking by the Book. Susan is a cookbook author and founder/owner of On Rue Tatin, a cultural and hands-on culinary program in Louviers, Normandy, and Paris. The lunch will feature a few signature recipes from her latest book, Nuts in the Kitchen. Following the demonstration there will be a three-course buffet luncheon, paired with wine. Then take home a signed copy of Susan's new book (included in the event price) to enjoy at home.
