Les Dames d'Escoffier New York Presents An Evening at De Gustibus Cooking School
Please join Les Dames d'Escoffier New York at De Gustibus at Macy's on May 20th For an evening of cooking demonstrations and tastings showcasing the distinctive cuisine of Executive Chef Bernard Guillas and Chef de Cuisine Ron Oliver of La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club. Guillas is only one of 14 chefs to be inducted into the International Restaurant and Hospitality Rating Bureau's American Chefs' Hall of Fame. The two chefs are known for the melding of classic French cuisine with Latin and Asian flavors. The evening will offer 6 courses along with wines to match, courtesy of Kobrand Corp.
