Join Les Dames d'Escoffier New York on Wednesday, November 10, from 6 to 8 p.m. for an intimate tasting experience hosted by Angela Miller, cheese expert from Consider Bardwell Farm and author of Hay Fever: How Chasing a Dream on a Vermont Farm Changed My Life. Wines will be provided by Dame Ursula Massoud of Paumanok Vineyards. Additional commentary will be offered by Liz Thorpe of Murray's Cheese.
