Your senses will be treated to a tasting of 2013 certified California extra virgin olive oils representing a range of styles, varieties, and geography. Experience how traditional foodways, modern agricultural and technical advances come together to produce improved extra virgin olive oils, meet objective standards, and provide foodservice professionals and consumers with a range of certified California oils at various price points.
Dame Marisa May and Chef Matteo Bergamimi will present a buffet with menu items featuring the oils.
