This season Giant Magnet celebrates the 25th Anniversary of the International Children's Festival - 25 years of introducing young audiences to the world - its people, customs and cultures - through the performing arts. Giant Magnet explored the globe to bring an all-star lineup of performers to Seattle Center May 10-14, 2011 and The Broadway Center for the Performing Arts in Tacoma on May 16, 2011 for this celebratory year's Festival.

Through a special partnership with China's Ministry of Culture, the Festival will showcase three extraordinary companies from China that provide an intimate look at a range of cultural heritages and art forms. The Festival will also feature authentic world music from Ecuador and India, storytelling from Tasmania and exceptional companies from the USA.

Giant Magnet presents global performing arts that engage the imagination and inspire audiences of all ages to discover, explore and learn.

Giant Magnet is a 501(c)(3)non-profit organization.
