Terrapin Puppet Theatre
A story of two friends fleeing their pasts and embracing adventure, this enchanting play is enacted with puppets, acrobatics, sound effects and classic story-telling. Magic unfolds on their boat adventure when everyday objects found on a boat transform before your eyes. A piece of bread becomes a boat; ropes become a bird; an island is constructed from a hat; a circus emerges from a jacket; and a storm brews inside a teacup. This journey of the heart and imagination will carry audiences into a vivid and fantastical world.
