CONNECT: Managing Difficult Conversations

This 2.5hour workshop, delivered via Zoom by Mortal Fools, explores managing difficult professional conversations. If you're currently managing a team, delivering feedback, feeling disempowered in interactions, finding it difficult to say what you mean during a difficult conversation, struggling to set boundaries or low in confidence and resilience then this session is for you!

Most people dont like having difficult professional conversations and some of us work hard to avoid having them altogether, or end up diluting the content of what we actually want or need to say - especially in the workplace. It can be challenging to hold the space to deliver feedback in a firm but fair way, whilst managing your own emotions and others. These types of conversations may be uncomfortable, but there are ways we can make them productive and rewarding, even when the content is challenging.

Our Managing Difficult Conversations CONNECT session will help you feel more confident and equipped during challenging interactions with individuals and in a group situation.

The session will cover:
Approaching difficult conversations with presence and courage
Leading and listening with confidence
Moving beyond common pitfalls and triggers
Facilitating effective and safe group conversations
Effective tools for planning conversations and managing outcomes
Managing emotional responses

£25 per participant - includes access to FB group post session and post session notes.
