Off Stage Festival
We are excited to announce that the first ever Off Stage Festival will be held in April 2018 in New Haven, CT. We will be showing all the installments of Off Stage in one sitting! In addition to the films, we will have a question and answer panels following each film along with performances by Last Reach, Damon StCloud, Bravo Da Don, Pretty Awesome, Leader J and more!

Off Stage takes a look at artists on the day of their show, giving fans an inside look at them before they get on stage. Look at what it's like to have a 9-5 and sell your music in your downtime. You have to hustle to make it in music, get a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes!

Off Stage was started in July 2015 by Chris Schnabel. He was fresh out of college and had an idea, what if he could show what its like to be a band that hasn't made it. Someone that needs a 9-5 to support the art they love. In October 2015, filming for the first Off Stage started.

The first installment, filmed in October in 2015 and premiered June 2016, followed Damon StCloud, a young artist from New Jersey who was headlining his first show in New Haven, CT at the Space. He takes you with him as he prepares for his big day.

The second installment, filmed in May 2017 and premiered in June 2017, follows New Hampshire turned Nashtown singer, 14-year old Kacie Grenon, as she plays a benefit show in Rochester, NH at the Governor's Inn. We get to see what it's like to juggle both school and singing along with what she does to get ready for her big show with her band 'Last Reach'.

The third installment, filmed in November 2017, follows comedian Myq Kaplan as he gets ready for shows in the Boston area. From conversations with other comedians to spending time on his podcast, we give a behind the scenes look at the life of the comedian.

The fourth installment, filmed in November 2017, follows comedian Alex Grubard as he gets ready to host his show, Weeding Out the Stoned, at Improv Boston. Join him as he trains around town getting ready to get on stage!

The fifth installment, filmed in November 2017 and will also be filmed in April 2018, follows CT native Bravo as he makes his new album, raps for Funk Flex and much more. Get ready to join us as he hustles to make it.
