The Heart of Belonging (Part 1), February 2, 3 & 4
Heart of Belonging (Part 1) Meeting at the Well Boulder, MT
"Each of us faces a time when the holy well within needs tending. When we're no longer able to bestow blessings on others because we've over-given, or when something precious has been taken from us, or life's demands are too great on our fragile system. But when the moisture goes out of our lives, and we're no longer able to see beauty or converse with magic, we must ask ourselves how we can replenish our well-ness." ~Toko-pa Turner (excerpted from her new book, Belonging: Remembering Ourselves Home)
How might we find our way to Belonging in this world of increasing tension and rapid change? This weekend at Boulder Hot Springs will find us meeting at the well of replenishment and resource as we inquire about The Heart of Belonging.
Through a constellation of soulful writings from poets and a new book by Toko-pa Turner, Jody Mosher will guide participants in discovering portals home to belonging, both in the self and in community. The weekend will offer inquiry, Integrative Restoration, various conscious movement practices (Open Floor, Reflective Morning Movement, , Nia 5-stages, Nia), music soundscapes, and good ol' fun and relaxation as maps to this discovery and embodiment of Belonging.
Though this offering is stand-alone, it is also a sampling and kick-off for a year-long 3 Part exploration Jody will be offering to communities throughout Montana. Contact Jody at ouzeljig@gmail.com for more information and/or if interested in these further offerings.
