Sphere Ensemble at the Broomfield Auditorium
Sphere returns to one of our favorite places, the Broomfield Auditorium! And a special offer to our Broomfield families, we're giving FREE admission to students 18 and under (with valid ID.)
Our October program will present a delightful blend of musical styles including a wonderful concerto for bandoneon (a type of concertina) and guitar, written by Argentinean composer Astor Piazzolla. Our guest artists on this fabulous piece are Even Orman, bandoneon and Patrick Sutton, guitar. We will have additional works by Francis Poulenc and Leos Janacek, the Bill Withers classic Ain't No Sunshine, and as a tribute to Halloween, Michael Jackson Thiller!
