FREE Belly Dance Lesson with Rosa Noreen at Wildwood Medicine

Wildwood Medicine presents a FREE belly dance lesson with Rosa Noreen at our office in Portland, ME. Join us for an evening of hors d'oeuvres, laughter and dance!

**NO experience necessary** Just bring yourself and your sense of fun. Total beginners welcome! Rosa will provide jingly hip scarves for the lesson. The event will run 6:30-8:00 PM, with a lesson 6:45-7:45 PM.

Special discounts will be available for those who want to sign up for a session of belly dance classes. Discover the benefits of belly dance for your body. There are no pre-requisites. You don't have to show your belly. You don't have to lose weight first. you don't need to have a sense of rhythm. Come to learn! People of all ages and genders are welcome.

Rosa Noreen has founded the Grace Academy, to help people of all backgrounds gain confidence and find joy in movement. Based in Portland, Maine, Rosa is the co-owner of Bright Star World Dance studio. She travels nationwide to teach and perform belly dance, bringing concepts like Delicious Pauses and Exquisite Lines to people near and far.
