Dr. Hafez Modirzadeh will present some of his work in world music, ethnomusicology and saxophone before a live Jazz performance by some of the Pacific Northwest's premier players.

Hafez will offering a master class called Global Techniques for Saxophone/Woodwinds the following evening. This be a hands-on class and you are encouraged to bring your instrument, but it is open to anybody interested in world music.
