Open Floor in Missoula: An Introduction
Jody Mosher invites YOU to an afternoon of lively conscious dance and inquiry. In this 2-hour introductory class, we will be opening our attention to the breath, entering and exploring the natural progression of Open Floor's Movement Cycle, and learning to attend and bring presence to the ways our bodies and nervous system settles itself. As we encounter all that life entails, we are always in response or reaction to this movement cycle in us. As we become more conscious of this movement cycle in and around us we can move with more wholeness and present-centered awareness in our day-to-day, moment-to-moment interactions with the living, breathing world around us.
