Cante for Baile workshop with Alfonso Cid
This Cante for Baile workshop is designed for any Flamenco dancer, singer or musician who wants to understand more about how the dance and the singing interact in Flamenco. We will explore the structure of the baile in different palos- specifically how to interact with the singing as a dancer, and how to sing for a dancer. Perhaps one of the most nebulous, complex and yet essential tools for any Flamenco artist, Alfonso brings years of experience and skill as a Flamenco singer and educator to help clarify and deepen this important relationship.
