Moonlight Reflections Encore Show!
As a dancer/choreographer, I have been involved in many productions, but Moonlight Reflections marks my first self-produced dance theater show. I am excited to embark on this journey, and combine my new work with earlier pieces from my studies at UCLA in the World Arts and Cultures department.
My work surrounds the healing power of dance, and exploring ways to cope, restore, and even flourish through life's most challenging experiences. By addressing the various ways we are emotionally, psychologically, and physically injured through our formative years, I believe we can create a space for empowerment and healing.
With the foundation of movement as a healing tool, my show Moonlight Reflections is a rare blend of storytelling and dance, combining autobiographical solos alongside collective community issues through group choreography.

"Moonlight Reflections is a moving progression of dramatic spoken word, dance and music. Through a diverse range of topics, from the female african american experience, to spirituality, materialism and struggles with family and the pains of growing up, Tatiana Zamir weaves these dramatic vignettes to tell a story of love, creativity, roots, forgiveness and healing that is truly inspirational. The distinctive artistry of the dancers, the passionate soul of the musicians and the personal depth of the storytelling is captivating to the senses. After experiencing Moonlight Reflections in person I can say I left the theater floating on a higher physical and spiritual vibration!" ~Dustin Guinee
"Thank you for telling your story Tatiana...for telling OUR story. I left there feeling so happy for you, proud of you and proud of our collective strength. I'm standing a little taller today...feeling a little braver. Thanks Tatiana!!!" ~Nailah Porter
