DIVEBAR FILMFEST Vol. 3

The Third Annual DIVEBAR FILMFEST(DBFF) is thrilled to screen envelope-pushing short films from filmmakers around the world, and excited to feature Jameson Irish Whiskey for event screenings and afterparty.

DBFF is a celebration of the historical neighborhood dive bar, that elusive "third place".
We strive to preserve the clip joints and watering holes that represent Seattle's true spirit.
DBFF spotlights films that evoke this gritty spirit. At their platonic ideal, dive bars and cinema form a symbiotic union.

The 2019 DBFF lineup includes films from local directors Calvin Lee Reeder("Bulb") and Justin Jerome ("Happy Hour"), visceral premieres from New Zealand's Sam Kristofski ("Everything Goes") and Australia's Oliver Ridge ("Bluebird"), and disturbing animation from Stefan Janoski("God, I Need A Girlfriend").

Films will screen at Seattle's NWFF(3/27) and historic Grand Illusion(3/28) with an Elevated Whiskey Tasting offered by Jameson Irish Whiskey. (Guests must be 21+).
