BHS SE Regional Webinar: Preliminary Reflections on the 2025 Drought
This lunchtime webinar hosted by the British Hydrological Society South-East Region will present some preliminary reflections on the drought of 2025.
Speakers will include:
- Eugene Magee, Hydrological Analyst at UKCEH, providing an overview of the meteorological and hydrological impacts of the 2025 drought. - Tom Entwistle, Senior Officer at the Environment Agency, presenting a regulatory perspective on managing the drought. - Aodhín McBride (Water Resources Modelling Lead) and Steve Tuck (Abstraction and Transfers Specialist), providing a reflection from Thames Water - Simon Cook (Water Resources Technical Manager) and Nick Price (Head of Water Resources) providing a South East Water perspective.
The webinar will last for approximately 1 hour, with 45 minutes of presentation and 15 minutes for questions. It will be hosted on Zoom and the meeting link will be sent to you once you have completed your order.
