GranVida Art Therapy Workshop Series (9 total classes)
This art therapy workshop is designed to help you take a break and go WITHIN!
This series offers an honored pause to dive into SELF, discover unrevealed DESIRES, create SELF LOVE and foster HEALING!
Much of this class will be spent reconnecting with ourselves and our natural desires. I invite you to spend a class, a trimester or a full 9 month gestation in GranVida intentionally cultivating love for the being YOU ARE and are GROWING into.
These classes can be taken individually as each class offers a unique reflection of self that is fun, healing and beneficial. The container however was created as a 9 month gestation similar to pregnancy which allows us to follow a metaphor while we revisit our AUTHENTICITY. Each month, we will reflect on our growth, practice being present with our authentic self and with this remind our being of OUR dreams, desires and individualized path to HAPPINESS. Just like in pregnancy we are best served when we fully germinate in preparation for the outside world.
Please understand that being an artist is NOT necessary to participate in these workshops and regardless YOU WILL BENEFIT. These workshops are NOT about becoming an artist but rather UNDERSTANDING SELF on a deep level through the art that comes THROUGH you.
Repeating this artistic practice increases our sensibilities allowing us to take better note of our own instincts, thoughts and desired lives which comes through our creations.
Zoom access emailed to paid participants one day prior to class.
Emails will be sent with an overview of each specific workshop, what to anticipate and what to bring to be prepared!
Saturdays 10:30 - Noon MST
Individual Classes: $45 + fees
Series Cost (9 classes) SAVES: $55
9 Part Series : $350 + fees
Classes are virtual allowing access from anywhere via zoom
Refunds will not be given for missed classes

Nov 23rd - Love, Third Trimester
Dec 21st - Nesting, Third Trimester
Jan 25th - Delivery, Third Trimester
