A LITTLE NONSENSE
Dana Belkholm, baritone and Ryan Wagner, piano will present a multi-media show of classical songs set to the poems of Edward Lear (The Owl and the Pussycat is his most famous), Lewis Carroll (of Alice in Wonderland, Mother Goose (all of those children's rhymes) and A.A. Milne (of Winnie the Pooh fame). The music is amusing and clever and some are parodies of other classical pieces. There will be various visuals accompanying the music and there may be a limerick writing contest during the show.
Dana Belkholm has presented a number of staged classical recitals including a staged version of Schubert's masterpiece - Winterreise. Other upcoming shows include a show about Cats, and more of the Nonsense music.
