Do you often have a running argument inside your head? Justifying your decisions or actions to your partner, parents, or peers? Are you constantly second guessing yourself? What would others think of me if I did this or that? If I actually did what I wanted?
When youre living in shame, with self-judgement and low self-worth, its as if all of your desires, what you want to manifest, the life you desire to live and who you want to be is just out of reach. It feels as if to get anything you want; it needs to come from outside yourself.
Imagine if you had your desires. If you let yourself receive and feel love and sensuality? What does it feel like to have all that you need? What does it look like? How to does it feel to be supported? To allow yourself to be authentic?
We are facilitating the process of self-love. Healing wounds weve received from accepting the judgements of others. By changing our critical eye into a loving eye and our inner voice into our lover, our life force becomes empowered. Come look at your naked self with new eyes. And see how beautiful you really are. We will be exploring the edge of vulnerability.
The Shameless Mirror is a gateway into the world of your desires. Unlocking the pleasure that youve denied yourself for so long. Dissolving what you shame yourself for and the self-judgements that prevent you from experiencing your fullest sexual reality.

What to expect:
Free flow dance, circle sharing, partner discussion, guided meditation, a look in the mirror (literally!) while self-loving with a witness.
