Beit Cafe Coffeehouse with Beth Hamon
Join us for an evening of shmoozing, noshing and music with Beth Hamon!
Based in Portland, Oregon, Beth Hamon tours as an artist- and educator-in-residence at coffeehouses, community centers and synagogues across the country.
When not on the road, she shares her gifts at Portland-area open mikes and jam sessions, inspiring and being inspired by other independent songwriters. The Forward magazine named her one of the top five New Voices In Jewish Music.
She is in demand as a commissioned songwriter and clinician at music conferences on both coasts. Beth's three recorded collections include liturgical settings and original compositions about life as experienced through an American-Jewish lens. She is at work on a fourth album of original Jewish folk music.
