Please join Commissioner of Public Lands Hilary Franz and the Chancellor at Washington State University Everett Paul E. Pitre, Ph.D. in support of Glacier Peak Institute at our annual fundraiser on Friday May 17th - 5:30pm at the Mountaineers program center in Seattle.
Live 'Darrington Inspired' music! Complimentary locally sourced hors d'oeuvres, craft beer from River Time Brewing and wine. Silent auction featureing a vintage North Cascades National Park picnic table restored by Mayor Dan Rankin, outdoor gear, recreation trips, hotels and more!!!
Glacier Peak Institute was born in the effort to empower youth through action based education to build resilient rural communities and ecosystems.
After the Oso slide, GPI was formed in 2014 in the effort to empower youth through action based education to build resilient rural communities and ecosystems in the Glacier Peak Region. This year we are holding our second annual fundraiser.
