One of the ways of treating stress is to identify its root cause. Sometimes, the cause is anatomical. Our body is an amazing system of several muscles, organs, nerves, and bones that work together to keep us alive each day. The body has an internal equilibrium that, because of the daily stress and pressures of life, we often dont notice and listen to.

During this workshop, youll learn about the musculoskeletal anatomy of the body, as well as various kinesiology movements from Noguchi Taiso, Pilates, and Body-Mind Centering. These will help you become more connected to your body.

Under the guidance of two professional Hendrickson Method therapists, youll definitely find this workshop a learning experience that will benefit you in the years to come.
