Christmas Vinyl Release with Lowland Hum
We're thrilled to have Charlottesville-based husband-wife duo, Lowland Hum come back to the Spring Creek Town Hall, this time bringing a fresh batch of Christmas vinyl.

About the tour:
Lowland Hums holiday collection, Songs for Christmas Time, resonated powerfully with fans and critics alike, achieving one of the highest 2017 ratings from the LA Times and making the Huffington Post top-five Christmas albums of the year. Due to this enthusiastic response, the band will release the Christmas album on vinyl in November of 2018 and will be performing special holiday concerts in select cities in December. This holiday tour will feature a healthy dose of the bands retooled Christmas classics with a few Lowland Hum fan favorites and unreleased material sprinkled in. CJ Green of Mockingbird described this album as simultaneously merry and melancholy, sunny and sober, this quiet, authentic collection will settle the seasonal bickering between your inner Grinch and your adrenalized Who. Attendees can expect to find a welcome at the shows, no matter their position on the humbug to cheer spectrum.
Lowland Hum is a husband and wife artfolk duo from Charlottesville, Virginia. They have headlined shows across the country and share the stage with the likes of Josh Ritter, Jesca Hoop, Penny and Sparrow, & The Oh Hellos along the way. Their fourth full-length studio album, Glyphonic, is set to release in February 2019.
