In our sacred time together, we will adventure into the places joy lives and submerge ourselves into an environment in which we feel safe to explore.
There is someone inside of you who wants permission to be free, to be seen, and to be loved. My goal is to open the doors and show her to you!
Coming home to your body's wisdom allows you to live inside and take ownership in there. It gives you the power to align with the truth living inside of you. The truth that belongs to you and is uniquely yours. It's that same truth that will set you free to live a life from the inside out.
We will play, dance, move and wiggle into the sacred spaces inside. We'll take time for reflection and writing, and inviting ourselves to go deeper with the divine support of (pure) essential oils. We will use our voices to sing and speak life. All in the spirit of connecting with the very preciousness in our beings, with each other, and with nature.
The weekend includes the retreat experience (detailed schedule upon reservation) complete with lovely grounds, a beautiful pond, and walking trails, lodging for the 2 nights, as well as meals beginning with dinner on Friday evening and ending with lunch on Sunday afternoon. All vegetarian. Let me know in advance if you have any food restrictions, please. Accommodations are shared rooms with 1 other person. There will be 1 room available for a single person. First come, first served and at an additional $99. Check-in is at 5pm. $497/pp. I am keeping prices low for my first time around, so I hope you can take advantage of this sweet opportunity to dive inside!
