We welcome you to this two hour Vibrational Shifting event!

Come join us in this new sacred space for Full Moon libations and Alchemical Soundscaping.

The evening will include:

*nurturing yogi tea
*an introduction to the energies of the
Hunter's Moon
*light somatic awareness movement
*plant medicine offerings for the season
*and a sonic journey featuring gongs,
Moldavite infused crystal singing bowls,
and bronze Himalayan singing bowls

*Erica Denise Franzen is a Holistic Health Practitioner with teachers, mentors, guides, and kumus in shamanic tradtions from around this magnificent Earth. A facilitator in her own right, Erica is a Master Instructor for the Vibrational Sound Association, and teaches sound therapy workshops across the United States. Currently, she is writing curriculum for the VSA and for upcoming Hawaiian Shamanic Bodywork, Lomi Lomi Massage trainings. Erica proudly calls Denver home, and maintains a thriving private practice.

I am so excited to share space with you all this evening! I'm currently putting the finishing touches on our tea blend, and getting all set up.
Just a quick note about what to bring with you to the space. Rotted Heart Yoga & Wellness is all ready to open their doors to us. Their grand opening isn't until November 5th, so there are a couple items you will want to pack up and carry in.
Which are:

any items you want in your nest
