Compassion Arts Festival 2018 is honored to present a one-night-only screening and talk by Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Allison Argo with her thought-provoking documentary "The Last Pig" on Tuesday, October 23rd at 7-9pm at Kendall Square Landmark Theater, located at 355 Binney St., Cambridge, MA.
Deeply immersive, "The Last Pig", is a lyrical meditation that follows a seminal year in the life of a farmer in his journey beyond the slaughterhouse. Through sparse intimate musings and soul-bearing narrative, "The Last Pig" is poetic snapshot and contemplation on what it means to be a sentient creature with the power to kill. www.thelastpig.com
