I still remember the first time I practiced Tree energy exchange Qi Gong in a beautiful serene forest and the energy charge combined with a sense peace and strength at the same time. I actually felt like I'm standing taller and more in tune with the environment!

This workshop will start with a light Qi Gong practice for spring specially designed for joint health and a liver Qi cleansing set in a beautiful redwood grove in Golden Gate park. Then, we are going to learn an Ancient Taoist Protocol of how to exchange energy with trees. Practicing Qi Gong among trees known to be very cleansing and empowering -- you'll feel it right away!
Trees are known to have plentiful energy and great longevity. Taoist monks and Indonesian shamans for thousands of years learned how to feel the soul of different trees and nourish their Qi by exchanging energy. This protocol was given to me by a Chinese Qi Gong teacher and I've been loving it ever since I've learned it! I still practice it when I walk my dog every day!
This is an excellent way to start Spring season! We will meet at the Rose Garden in Golden Gate Park in San Francisco and then walk together to the redwood grove close by.
