UDHS Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony
Upper Dublin High School has selected their eighth group of inductees for the UDHS Athletic Hall of Fame. This year's class represents six decades of UDHS athletics from 1968 through 2010, covering seven different sports, including football, soccer, wrestling, baseball, lacrosse, field hockey, and swimming.
The Awards Ceremony is scheduled for Sunday, March 4th. The festivities will begin with a the unveiling of the plaques and an Awards Reception in the APLEX Lobby at 2:00 PM followed by the Awards Induction Ceremony in the high school gymnasium.
The 2018 induction class includes former student-athletes Stu Marvin, Class of 1973, Jon MacKenzie '89, Brian Palme '93, Megan Lafferty 09, and Amy Cross '10.
Also being honored are legendary Wrestling coach Jim Holt (1968-1978) and the 1993 Boys Swimming + Diving Team, with PIAA State Champions Brian Palme, Derek Beck, Tom Davidson, Mike Chain, Art Caruso, Jay Jones, Rich MacDonald, Hugh Martin, III, Brett McCurley and Tim Malley.
Dick Stoll will be recognized as the initial recipient of the Distinguished Cardinal Award for his dedication of 46 years to Upper Dublin athletics in numerous positions.
The deadline for making reservations is February 27, 2018.
Note: No physical tickets will be issued for this event. Guests and honorees are asked to stop at the Welcome table upon arrival to check-in.
