Bio: Songwriter, guitarist, and bandleader Pelham "Pel" Houchin is a veteran of the SF Bay Area music scene. He has been an active musician and songwriter since the late '60s and has a passion for playing live and sharing with audiences the many moods and pleasures that music conveys. He has played bass and guitar in many types of bands over the years, and now fronts The Pelicans who have been gaining new fans wherever and whenever they perform. They band plays several songs from Pel's solo CD "WTF" that was released in May 2011 and has released their first CD, "Take Flight" in the Spring of 2013. See Products page.
Pel & The Pelicans are a band that play music in a variety of genres easily due to the fact that the members have a track record with a variety of musical styles in bands prior to Pel & The Pelicans.
