COACHES

**Jammer coaches**

Gigg (PoS and Wirral Roller Derby) has a wealth of jammer experience, from how to manipulate a wall to your advantage to the mental strength and composure to get the job done.

Mckenzie (PoS and Tyne & Fear) is a primary jammer with a very unique style, taking advantage of the smallest gaps and utilising some very neat line work to sneak by the opposition.

**Blocker coaches**

McDonagh / Owl (PoS and Nottingham Roller Derby) is coach and line up for Power of Scotland. McDonagh was also part of the Power of Scotland squad for Calgary 2016 and significant experience as a player and coach.

Morris (PoS and Granite City Brawlers) uses a variety of techniques to block, catch and avoid to maximise effective time in the pack.

**Officials coaches**

Referees will see some familiar faces with sessions led by Mags Payne(PoS Head Official, Newcastle Roller Girls & MRDA recognised official) and Shuggs Bunny (Dundee Roller Girls & MRDA recognised official). These officials come with extensive knowledge and experience of roles, communication and that calm control that makes them a breeze to work with and learn from.
