Buck Nelson:

Buck Nelson is an inactive studio drummer, he has taken time off the road and studio to perfect his "smoking stool" a drum stool that emits smoke in 32nd note increments.

He has over 200,000 views on his ground breaking instructional video, "Lifting The Cloak of Mystery off Rock Drumming" that is hailed by the best musicians in the world as the best instructional video ever made. And was featured in Stuff Magazine as the "hot pick to watch".

Buck Nelson's 45 DVD set "Give it a Rest" is currently the world's only definitive instructional video to explain how to not  play the drums. It is endorsed by Dan Adair, Johnny Rabb, and Dave Stanoch to name a few.

Buck invented the patented Gorilla Grip; the only mechanized foot triggered device on the market that can choke cymbals and pass as a real gorilla hand.

Buck's innovations are legendary. Buck was the first person to mic the drum stool, the first person to play an all cymbal set, and most recently, the first to devote an entire clinic to discussing how to mic electric drums.

His up-coming video "Brush with Death" is currently in production and is already getting rave reviews from the jazz community and those who wish to learn brush patterns that also double as patterns of famous U.S. Interstates.

Buck is currently touring with Johnny Rabb discussing his mind-blowing concepts behind the drum set.
