Twisted Holiday Cabaret
The Twisted Holiday Cabaret, hosted by the one and only, Mahoganay Halsten Soule, will transport you back to the cabaret shows of 1920s, '30s and '40s with a mischievous, holiday twist! The evening of performance will feature dance, live music, comedy and theater. Twisted Holiday Cabaret is an experience you will never forget!
An evening at the Twisted Cabaret begins with Cocktail Time at half past 8 o'clock followed by The Show circa 9pm. Doors open at 8:00pm, and 8 Legs Tarot will be giving readings in exchange for donations before and after the show.
Hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served all evening long.
The original main characters from August 23rd's Twisted Cabaret will return to entertain you at the Twisted Holiday Cabaret with more fun, greater mischief and Glühwein for those who venture to partake!
Ladies! We're auctioning a corset from the wonderful and local Showroom Boutique from which we've outfitted two Twisted Cabaret events! We look forward to seeing the smile of the lady who will be so lucky as to win the corset because as we know from experience, a corset makes every woman feel beautiful!
This particular evening with the Twisted Cabaret is extremely special because One Half of the proceeds will be donated to Half the Sky. (www.halfthesky.org)
Space is limited, so be sure reserve your seat early.
Twisted Cabaret is also a fundraiser for Women and Dance's spring concert which celebrates Loïe Fuller, Ruth St. Denis and Isadora Duncan!
The event takes place in one of Mike Elsass' studio spaces located down the hall from the Front Street Studio Gallery (Building 100, 3rd Floor).
