Judy Garland Is Back In Boston's Back Bay with Peter Mac as Judy Garland: LIVE IN CONCERT!
(Boston, MA) Here's a chance to take a trip over the rainbow with everyone's favorite diva, Judy Garland who returns to Boston's Back Bay for the "first time" in 46 years! In a new cabaret concert specifically designed for Jacques Underground in Boston, Massachusetts. Award winning and critically acclaimed tribute artist, Peter Mac swings into Boston by once again demonstrating his acclaimed ability to recapture the magic, the humor, and joy of the woman who was unhesitatingly billed, reviewed and accepted as "the world's greatest entertainer", Miss Judy Garland.
Judy Garland: LIVE IN CONCERT is crafted with Judy regaling the audience with hilarious and touching tales of her life on stage, screen and off. As well as through a sparkling selection of songs from the classic Garland repertoire including The Trolley Song, The Man That Got Away and of course, Over The Rainbow. As well as several tunes Miss Garland never had the chance to sing in her lifetime.
Please note our show is a loving and affectionate tribute to the World's Greatest Entertainer. It is both critically acclaimed and award winning. Peter Mac as Judy Garland won the prestigious Motion Picture Council Award for his "Portrayal of Judy Garland". The award was presented to him by Margaret O'Brien and Mickey Rooney in a gala celebration. Mickey in his speech about Peter as Judy said:"This is beyond an imitation. Peter Mac is Phenomenal!" However, the show is not lost on contemporary audiences. We treat Judy as she has never left us. We believe a legend never dies! In fact at a recent show Mila Kunis was in attendance. After the show she said: "Peter Mac is Judy Garland!".
Jacques Underground is Located at 79 Broadway, Boston, MA 02116. Dinner seating will begin at 7:30PM. The show starts promptly at 8PM and is a full two hours of entertainment! There is a $50 cover charge in effect for Judy Garland: LIVE IN CONCERT for General Admission and a $75 cover charge in effect for best available premium seating. Premium Seating is guaranteed to be within the first 30 seats in front of the stage. There will also be an opportunity to come up on stage and take your picture with Judy after the show. (Please bring your camera.)
Please note that in addition to this ticket (above called "cover charge") there is also a one drink purchase requirement. To that end there is a full bar with both Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic options available.
