Sigma Chi Fight Night is a philanthropic boxing tournament in which students participate in U.S.A. Boxing-sanctioned amateur bouts. Participants are all UT students who train for weeks or months leading up to the event. We conclude the matches with a large, professionally managed musical performance in our own backyard. Previous artists have included Roger Creager, Shwayze, and Bun B. The 2012 Fight Night featured multi-platinum recording artist Macklemore, who performed his hit single "Thrift Shop" in front of a packed audience. Most recently, our event featured a performance by hip-hop recording artist Trinidad James in front of our largest crowd yet.
