Eight Strings and a Whistle at Tenri
Eight Strings and a Whistle Suzanne Gilchert, flute, Ina Litera, viola and cellist Matthew Goeke, present an evening of new and recent chamber music. Featuring the New York premieres of William Dickerson's "Night Music" and Italian composer Roberto Scarcella Perino's new take on Mozart's "Ah, vous dirai-je, Maman" - perhaps more familiar as "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star". Also on the program are works by Karel Husa, Hillary Tann, Douglas Anderson and Mark Winges.
