Would you like to be listened to and seen with open-hearted acceptance and appreciation for whatever you wish to share with others? A song, dance, story, poem, piece of art, comedy? Or...? Is there something you love to do that you haven't taken public yet? Speaking in accents? Playing the ukulele? Would you like to delightfully surprise yourself and fall in love with yourself in the process?
If you're itching to explore your creativity but this sounds scary...you're in the right place. You'll be inspired by a beautiful studio space where each person is gently guided to develop their own loving witness for themselves and others... to explore and be curious without any judgment.
You'll begin by focusing on the breath and doing simple Chi Gong and T'ai Chi movements to relax and open to your creativity.
Then each person will share something planned or improvised for 5 minutes. You could even observe if that's more comfortable for you. So all you have to do is show up.
After you've had your turn, you'll be lavished with silent gratitude from others in the form of words and simple images on paper that you'll take home with you.
It's a beautiful process. And if you have the inkling...please join us! You'll be delightfully surprised.
Space is limited to 11 participants.
