I'm proud to say that we created the concept of the 3 week, high intensity Fitness Boot Camp. We pioneered $39 Boot Camp member pricing in El Paso. And we are always striving to offer the absolute best workout program for the lowest price. We believe Fitness Boot Camps should be affordable and a fantastic value. We believe we have successfully accomplished that with our program!
42 workouts scheduled for each 3 week program. That's less than $1 a workout for training with an experienced Master Fitness Trainer (MFT) who is trained in and understands kinesiology, calisthenics, nutrition and other vital components of a successful work out. Our trainer has nearly 20 years experience! Feel free to compare our pricing to other Boot Camps or hiring a personal trainer. You will see what a value our Boot Camps truly are.
You do not need to be in shape! We have members who are fit and those who have never worked out in their life. Yes, you always work at your own pace. You are pushed and encouraged based on your current level of fitness. All we want is for you to give your best effort during each workout. You can rest anytime you wish and re-join the workout when you are refreshed.

1st Class is 6 AM Wed July 2nd. Class is twice per day. 6 AM and 7 PM. Attendees are encouraged to attend all classes, but there is no penalty if you do not.
