Elizabeth Addison (Creator/Composer/Lyricist of "This is Treatment") A Boston Native, Elizabeth loved music since she was a little girl, After seeing the Musical "Rent" at the age 13, Elizabeth knew one day that she would want to write a musical. Unfortunately, Elizabeth's life took a turn when she fell into a life of addiction. Over the course of eight years, Elizabeth would hit many bottoms and the dream of one day writing a musical was becoming a distant memory.
Fortunately, Elizabeth got help by entering treatment, there she would learn to believe in herself and live a new way of life. Six months after graduating her program, Elizabeth began writing "This is Treatment," and the rest is history.
Proceeds from "Voices of Strength" will go to a production of 'This is Treatment" in the fall as well as help bring "This is Treatment" into Treatment Facilities, Halfway Houses, Homeless Shelters and Schools.
So please join us for a night full of fun, laughter, music, song, dance, art, food, drinks and connection.
