Led by the international hit, Day by Day, Godspell was the first major musical from three-time Grammy and Academy Award winner, Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Pippin) and it took the world by storm. Based on the Gospel of Matthew, Godspell features large doses of comedy, creative storytelling and an eclectic blend of songs, ranging in style from pop to vaudeville to gospel, all helping deliver the timeless messages of kindness, tolerance and love.
