Twelfth House Presents: The Envelope - take a journey on the darker side of kink and join us for an unforgettable night of dance, bdsm, self exploration, performance and expansion. Held at a private and spacious location in the Bywater Neighborhood, this event will feature four darkrooms complete with supplies, a well furnished and guided dungeon area, a pool side dance floor, a spacious lounge patio with ample seating and fire tables, a bar and of course a clothing optional heated pool and spa.
Begin your night by taking a tour of the area by one of our knowledgeable tour guides and then drop your things at the changing station- what you do next is up to you! Will you take a dip in the heated pool and let your inhibitions melt away or dive right into the void and lose yourself on the Saint Andrews Cross in the dungeon while the base from the DJ outside penetrates your mind and washes away your conscious thought. Perhaps you will find yourself playing with hot wax, doing a rope suspension or making connections in one of the dark rooms. However you choose to enjoy yourself is up to you and whatever happens here - stays here.
With a full line-up of captivating performances from some of the nations best Sideshow and kink acts as well as some local studs and stars where to put your attention may be the hardest decision you will make all night. We aim to create an immersive experience for your sense, pushing the boundary of acceptability and toeing the line between pleasure and pain, shock and awe, sensation and deprivation. - this is a highly curated event, purchase of a ticket does not guarantee admission.
- kink, fetish, evening wear, latex, leather, and costumes welcome - NO STREET WEAR
- all ticket holders must attend and online or in person orientation and sign a waiver prior to the event.
- this is a queer-based event, we are aggressively anti-racist, anti-xenophobic, and anti-ableist. We are a pro-trans, pro-gay and queer, pro-body positivity, pro-swer group and behaviors that go against our simple guidelines of inclusivity and acceptance will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the party as well and a ban on future Twelfth House Events.
- the location of the event is private and will only be shared after 5pm the day of the event.
- location as well as other pertinent information will be emailed to ticket holders the day of the event.
- we implement the pal system, which means every ticketed guest will have to have at least one other a accountabibuddy. The purpose of this is to have someone you are familiar with who will arrive and leave with you and be a point of contact if something doesnt seem right.

You can buy an individual ticket for you, but you will need to have a ticketed person as your pal arrive and depart with you the evening of the events. All ticket holders will receive an email with details about pals, protocols and orientation dates and times approximately 10 days before the event.. tickets are good for one person only. |
