CPAWS Wild Soiree: Nature Needs Half
Nature Needs Half is a global movement that promotes the protection of land and water of sufficient size and resiliency to protect human health and prosperity as well as ensure a healthy and abundant natural world. CPAWS is the first national NGO to embrace this vision and Harvey Locke, Harkin Award winner and lifelong conservationist, will speak on this initiative and how it relates to Alberta. Join us as we celebrate our past successes and plan for our future achievements. Enjoy the wonderful hors d'oeuvres from Hotel Arts. Participate in our silent auction and bid on a host of prizes from wine to weekend getaways. But mostly, Celebrate Conservation! We are pleased to have Calgary's Ken Lima-Coelho as our MC for the evening, and that CPAWS National ED Eric Hebert-Daly will be in attendance.
