The Love That Woke My Heart is a production about three best friends that are dealing with love in three very different ways.

LaSasha Burton (Sasha), a well known hairstylist has dismissed love out of her life all together. She has lost the desire to love until the day it said, "Hello". Jada Paton, the friend that has been married for five long years to, in her eyes "the greatest man". She tries to explain to her friends that Love is the greatest thing you can ever experience, all while trying to convince herself this is true.. Konstance Evan (Konnie) is one of the most successful black women and top partners at one of the most respected and well known law firms in Detroit, MI. She hides from love while substituting it with her work. She works so much that her love becomes her work until she meets.... Him!. Come and watch how these women lives unfold on the stage.
