Compare and Contrast--Musical Expressions on the Pianoforte and the Modern Grand Piano
This concert includes three songs by Frank Bridge, three lullabies by Brahms, Trois Chansons de Bilitis by Debussy and more.
Enjoy Viola and Pianoforte pieces and compare and contrast them to the sounds of the modern Concert Grand Piano. Piano solos will further nuance the tonal differences between the two instruments.
Experience the way the human voice combines with the historic Pianoforte contrasted with the Modern Piano.
