Hilarious comedies, heartbreaking performances, clown, stilts, music, mime, acrobatics... it's January everybody! Get out your passport, put on your red nose, and travel the globe with some of the most inspiring artists in the world. Revolutions 2014 features artists from France, Australia, Spain, Nepal, Haiti, Burundi/Tanzania, Puerto Rico, Ethiopia and the U.S.

Week 1 The Revolutions Kick-off Party | Jan 14th @ Tricklock Performance Laboratory Tricklock knows how to throw a great party: pick up your passport, buy a t-shirt, dance to live music from Goddess of Arno, enjoy delicious Tractor Beer, and rub elbows with the artists! At 9pm, we'll continue the party across the street at the fabulous ArtBar. (Special Event) (more)
Verbage | Jan 15 @ ArtBar Urban Verbs (Albuquerque, USA) A Spoken word musical and movement feast. Curated by Albuquerque's Poet Laureate, Hakim Bellamy, local and national spoken word artists, musicians, dancers, and cideoa true collage. Co-Produced by Urban Verbs and Tricklock Company (Special Event)
Mollie | Jan 16, 19 @ NHCC Wells Fargo Theater David Blanco (Spain) A clown comedy with hints of theater of the absurd, where reality and insanity are not always different things. Mollie is the first performance in Tricklock's new International Excavations series. (Special Event)
Super Musician | Jan 17, 18 @, UNM Experimental Theater Die Roten Punkte (Germany) Astrid and Otto are Die Roten Punkte (The Red Dot). Orphaned as kids when Astrid was 12 and Otto was 9, the brother and sister duo found shelter in a Berlin squat and never looked back. WINNER Best Comedy Montreal & Victoria Fringe (Mainstage Performance)
Alex Knight's Improv Knight | Jan 17 @ Tricklock Performance Laboratory Albuquerque is home to a vibrant improvised comedy community and once a year Tricklock sends company member Alex Knight on a quest to assemble the city's greatest improvisers for your entertainment. (Special Performance)

Week 2 Excavations: New Work Series | Jan 19 @ Tricklock Performance Laboratory Tricklock Company (Albuquerque, USA) Tricklock hosts a night of work demonstrations of new shows in development. Audiences participate in post-show discussion about the developing work with artists. (Special Event)
Excavations: New Play Initiative | Jan 22 @, Tricklock Performance Laboratory Tricklock Company (Albuquerque, USA) Excavations: The New Play Initiative marks the premiere workshop productions of new plays by Tricklock Company members. This evening of music, suspense, mystery, and connection will engage audiences as a part of the evolution of these brand new productions. (Special Performance)
Good For You, Albuquerque | Jan 23, 24 @ UNM Rodey Theater Lauren Weedman (NYC, USA) Lauren Weedman is looking for a city to solve all her problems.. A city, any city besides LA, to raise her child in. This new format of storytelling involves Weedman traveling to a new city and spending a week gathering material, collecting stories, characters and moments from the city and its people. This show is different every night and created live in front of the audience. (Mainstage Performance)
March 4th Marching Band | Jan 24 @ The Sunshine Theatre Tricklock Company and AMP Concerts have partnered to produce this high energy show. M4 will take you from the swamps of Louisiana to the gypsy camps of eastern Europe, boiling it all together in cinematic fashion with high-stepping stilt-acrobatics. (Special Event)
Fo N Ale | Jan 25, 26 @ NHCC Journal Theater Performance Project First Generation (Nepal/Haiti/Burundi/Tanzania/Puerto Rico/Ethiopia) Eight young people, originating from separate places, are on a journey. Memories infuse their dreams, and time obscures the shape of memories. Fo n' Ale incorporates music, movement, and text spoken in five languages. (Mainstage Event)
Week 3 The Menu | Jan 29, 31, Feb 1 @ Tricklock Performance Laboratory Tricklock Company (Albuquerque, USA) Jim Linnell's passionate book of poetry come to life onstage, taking you on a journey through a unique map: men, women, love, death, desire, and everything in between. (Mainstage Event)
Without Words | Jan 30, 31 @ UNM Experimental Theater Macadames (France) Loosely based on Act Without Words II from Beckett, Without Words uses mime, clowning, acrobatics, music and dance to tell the story of a couple, lulled by day to day existence and cowardice, who will live a lifetime without ever actually meeting. Roadway Closed to Pedestrians | Feb 1 @ NHCC Outdoor Plaza Macadames (France) A performance working with the musicality of movement and the chill of tragedy. Roadway aims at a single aspiration: to link love, the greatest of emotions, to the greatest number of people. Pay what you can event. (Special Encore Performance)
